1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.


2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at collecionmoksha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

🔹 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

May be issued if:

  • Item shows signs of wear

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • Item is returned damaged


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items sent

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to collecionmoksha@gmail.com


6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


7. International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.

  • Customs delays and fees are beyond our control.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
